Hi, I'm Kate
I'm a huge nature enthusiast and self care advocate, and I have a dirty secret: I'm also a workaholic.
The thing is, I LOVE my work and I love creating. It's so easy for me to get caught up in all the things that need to get done.
Working remotely, I spend a lot of time on my computer, too, and suddenly the day has passed and I've spent it all working. Not to mention that being a mom adds a whole other set of responsibilities (which I also love).
There was a time that I struggled fitting it all in. I would put everyone and everything else first before my body and well being.
Which led to burnout, overwhelm, migraines and an ache of dissatisfaction.
I found that I had to make a demand of myself to take time to unplug, reset, relax, move and be in nature. Committing to that practice has made a HUGE difference in my life. But, it's so much more than a "practice" or a "routine."
It took me getting clear on what was true for me, acknowledging my self worth. And, letting go of the perfectionism secretly infused into everything.
Spoiler: no, I'm not perfect and it looks different every day. But, I'm a brilliant conductor of chaos, and life long learner. My endless wonder about the world, the planet and the universe lead me onward.
I love supporting people in their self care journey. With over 23 years of experience and tons of modalities and skills to pull on, I'm able to offer a completely unique experience. From massage and stress management, to energy awareness and mindset - there are so many essential tools.
I desire to help create a world filled with people who adore themselves, care for and enjoy the planet, and nurture their curiosity and wonder of life.
I know that when you reconnect with yourself, the planet and the universe that your whole life can change. And, the more people on THAT journey...it changes the world.
