About Kate:

Hi! While I'm a huge nature enthusiast and self care advocate, I have a dirty secret:  I'm also a workaholic.  The thing is, I LOVE my work and I love creating.  It's so easy for me to get caught up in all the things that need to get done.  Working remotely, I spend a lot of time on my computer and suddenly the day has passed and I've spent the whole day working.  I found that I had to make a demand of myself to take time to unplug, reset, relax, move and be in nature.  Committing to that practice has made a HUGE difference in my life.  No, I'm not perfect and it looks different every day.  But, I do my best and learn something new along the way.  Let's play!
